We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Clerk to support in daily administrative operations. The selected candidate will assist with data entry, document management and other administrative coordination while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and efficiency in all tasks.

•  Input Data/ information provided by Supervisor and Head of Department.

•  Maintain and organize filing systems.

•  Follow up on administrative and other assigned tasks by Supervisor and Head of Department.

•  Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

•  Provide administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Qualifications and Experience

•  SC or HSC

•  Previous experience in administrative or clerical work will be an advantage.
